- As an entrepreneur developing a healthy alternative to chemical laced, refined sugar filled beverages by utilizing an innovative and technologically advanced system to provide nutrition and replace vital electrolytes is both invigorating and exhilarating. Here at Powerhouse Smoothie performing as the operations manager, I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as my food service management certification. Thus, with five years of operational management and two years of food service experience, I am confident in my skills to handle any situation that may arise. Further, I effectively manage the daily operations, meeting online metrics, hiring, training, and scheduling staff, and overseeing the maintenance of the equipment. Through excellent communication and interpersonal interactions among staff members, I take to heart my ability to inspire and motivate staff while keeping a positive perspective. Essentially, I ensure to pay acute attention to details, exhibit excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills in our fast-paced environment. All business aspects of achieving quarterly goals, establishing desired targets, and utilizing KPIs are part of this awesome job.
